HABC Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service (QCF)
The HABC Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service (QCF) is a regulated qualification that has been specifically designed to educate those looking to enter the customer service profession and would like to improve their knowledge and understanding about how to meet and exceed customer expectations.
The course gives learners the skills and confidence to be able to communicate and work effectively within the customer service sector, and has been created to address the needs of candidates who deal with customers directly on a daily basis as part of their job role. It is applicable to learners working in a diverse range of working environments.
The HABC Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service (QCF) has been accredited by the regulators of England and Wales (Ofqual and the Welsh Government) and is part of the Qualifications and Credits Framework (QCF). It is also supported by the Skills CFA.
